Beginning June 11, 2012 and running until the end of your USEIT internship on August 3, 2012, you will be expected to arrive at ZHS 153 (The Intern Lab) every Monday-Friday morning by 8 a.m. Dress is casual, however a few days you will be presenting and are required to dress professionally. Included in your work schedule is a 45 minute lunch, whereby you will be given the freedom to eat on campus or off. Work will conclude every day at 4 p.m. There will be one day off on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 in observance of the July 4th holiday. Additionally, you may request one other day off due to personal reasons. This request must be asked of Dr. de Groot at least one week in advance. Be aware that there will be certain days where no absences will be permitted. It is therefore imperative that you speak with Dr. de Groot beforehand.

For your first day, please meet at 8:00 a.m. in ZHS Room 153. Signs will be posted to lead you to Room 153. If you are walking from Webb Tower or from Parking Structure A give yourself about 15 min walking time. Please bring a notebook and pen. Also, you will be filling out a medical form the first day. Have your basic information like insurance/medical record number and doctor name and number with you to properly fill it out.
