Submit Your Headshot Photo

Photo Example

You will need to email us a scanned headshot photo for our personal records. Here are the requirements for the photograph:

• Color picture with solid white or light blue background
• No hats or sunglasses.
• Must be a front view image - no profile.
• Use only a very recent picture.
• JPEG image format – approx. 640 x 480 pixels & 5" x 6.5" (w x h)
• Name the image (Last name_ First name) followed by the appropriate file extension, i.e., smith_john.jpg
• We strongly encourage you to email your photo to yourself & open it to make sure it falls within the parameters required for processing. If your file is too large, we may have difficulty uploading your image

 Please email your photo to internships@scec.org as soon as you are accepted.
