  About the Campus  

Doheny Library

The University Park campus, established in 1880, covers 155 acres just three miles south of downtown Los Angeles. The Renaissance-style buildings are constructed around a series of plazas, fountains and parks. The campus includes state-of-the-art classrooms, technology, libraries, laboratories and one of the busiest concert halls in Los Angeles. Dining 

Be aware that some dining locations on campus may not be opened in the summer. You can find the full list of dining locations and operating hours on the USC Hospitality website.

Exploring Los Angeles

We have the perfect mix of local and global, with vibrant ethnic neighborhoods to explore and a constant influx of top performing groups from around the world.  

If you are interested in sight-seeing, shopping, or just exploring, visit www.metro.net/ to get information about LA’s public transit! Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, LA Live, Griffith Park, Venice Beach, Long Beach, and Santa Monica Beach are all in the surrounding area. Even just across Exposition Blvd south of campus you can find the Exposition Park Rose Garden, the Natural History Museum of LA County, the Museum of Science and Library, and the California Science Center!
